5. Shipping Services

ShippingPR provides shipping services that allow you to receive packages at our warehouse and have them forwarded to your designated address. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipment of goods.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including but not limited to the destination address and package contents. ShippingPR is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

6. Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship any items that are prohibited by law or by our policies. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, weapons, and counterfeit goods.

ShippingPR reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or report to authorities if we suspect that prohibited items are being shipped through our Services.

7. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our Services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

If you dispute any charges, you must notify us within 30 days of the date of the disputed charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShippingPR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to ShippingPR in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShippingPR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
